Eddie was great at what he did in getting me back in service

My furnace stopped working a few days ago. Lafayette Heating and Cooling came to my home to quickly identify the problem. Of course I needed a new furnace. It was about 25yrs old. An estimator came, gave me some options to think over. I made my choice. Two employees were able to make time and came to replace my furnace sooner than expected!! Everyone was upfront, honest, kind and considerate. They were all professional. I have used Lafayette Heating and Cooling in the past and will continue to do so. I recommend calling them first for assistance. 🙂

Tim did a great job at troubleshooting our problem and had our AC unit back up and running within 40 minutes after getting here and even cleaned our condenser and explained several ways to prolong the life of our unit!

We had them work on our newish AC unit that came with the house we just bought, I'll start with the fact that they actually picked up their phone and quickly and efficiently scheduled me an appointment that was not months away! They also called to confirm the appointment a few days ahead and then called me when the technician was on the way. He even came on time. No BS "window of possible availability". Great service. Our technician was Dominic and he was absolutely fantastic! He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in great detail but also in a way that was easy to understand. Was able to quickly determine the issue (it had been wired to the wrong type of breaker) and was able to get it fixed super quickly same day for us for what I thought was a great price. He was very nice and personable and I will absolutely be calling for him again in the future!!! Thank you!! I've also had a lot of issues with random technicians in the past treating me poorly and talking down to me when my husband isn't home and I was sooo beyond thrilled with Dominic. He was super respectful and didn't talk down to me in the slightest. Was very easy to converse with and clearly a good guy. That always means a great deal to me so I was extra happy with the appointment.

We have been happy with the preventative maintenance we have received from Lafayette Heating and Cooling for more than 10 years. We know the great maintenance is what has kept our furnace and air conditioner working, helping us avoid major repairs. We also want to give a five star review to Tim F., who serviced our air conditioner today. He is very personable and polite; and was willing to answer our questions and gave us good advice to help us do our part to keep our systems working properly. Although I'm sure he was on a time constraint to make sure he stayed on schedule to get all his scheduled service calls completed for the day; he made us feel like we were valued customers.

I’ve been working with Lafayette Heating & Cooling for 25 years. I have them service my heating & air units regularly and I credit them for the fact it’s lasted 25+. They are reasonably priced, prompt to respond, always polite and respectful. High marks to everyone at Lafayette Heating & Cooling!

Lafayette Heating and Cooling has maintained our furnaces and A/C for over 12 years. Solid work, friendly folks, and most important, they’ve been right there when we needed them, including one cold night when they arrived within 20 minutes of being called.

I bought my furnace and air conditioner from Lafayette Heating and Cooling over 10 years ago because they were very thorough in making sure the furnace was the right size for my house and safely installed. Since then, I have regularly had the twice-a-year maintenance. They offer reminder calls to schedule, a reminder for the appointment, and a call when the technician is on his way. Dom and other technicians I've had in the past have always been friendly and on time. I recommend Lafayette Heating and Cooling to my friends and family because I've had a good experience with them.
